Mitchel Cunningham – President
Mitchel is a Licensed Paralegal and an active member of the Oregon State Bar. He was a member of the very first Licensed Paralegal cohort, which consisted of ten individuals. Mitchel led eight other individuals in their pursuit of obtaining licensure. Mitchel understands the difficulty of traversing the Licensed Paralegal application process, which is why he wishes to guide qualified individuals in their pursuit of licensure.
Mitchel earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in legal studies with honors from Pioneer Pacific College in 2016. Distinguished as the top student of his class, he was the exclusive recipient of the 2016 Outstanding Student certificate of achievement.
Mitchel started his role as a paralegal with Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. in 2016.
Mitchel spends his time working in high-asset divorce and high-conflict custody litigation. Working under the managing shareholders of Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C., Mitchel has aided lawyers in the areas of divorce, legal separation, and post-judgment modifications, encompassing issues of custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal support.
